The Arizona Flower Collective is open for Pre-Order Pick Up and Floor Sales on Wednesdays from 11:30 - 1:30
Rooted Farmers
Please register for a wholesale buyer’s account on
the Rooted Farmers platform. There is no cost to
register as a wholesale buyer.
Once you are signed up, you will be able to connect with and view
what the Arizona Flower Collective has available that week.
You will be able to pickup on Wednesday from 11:30 to 1:30 pm.
Please bring your own buckets for transport.
Payments
All payments are made via Credit Card within the Rooted Farmers Platform. You are not charged for your pre-order until the order has been picked up.
Any orders not picked up by market close will be charged at the end of the day.
How to Pre-Order
Our weekly availability is published on the Rooted Farmers platform at the Arizona Flower Collective
Each item is listed with a photo, description, bunch quantity, and any additional notes from the grower.
4pm Thursdays: Online Market Opens
10pm Sundays: Online Market Closes
11:30 - 1:30 Wednesdays: In person Pick Up & Floor Shopping
Rooted Farmers
Rooted Farmers is the Arizona Flower Collective’s online
point of sale and pre-ordering system. Rooted Farmers is a separate entity from the Arizona Flower Collective. Everyone who buys and sells through
the Arizona Flower Collective will need to have an account
on the Rooted Farmers platform.

How to Sell with AZFC
If you are an Arizona grower and want to sell wholesale
flowers through the Collective, please start the process
to become a seller by applying at Rooted Farmers. There is a fee to joined Rooted Farmers as a Seller, but partnering with the Arizona Flower Collective provides a discount.

Grower Market Requirements
Each Grower is responsible to post their availability each week and fill out our Floor Sales Spreadsheet with any blooms they plan to send that week.
Additionally, each grower is responsible for delivery of their products to 3801 East Baseline Road in Phoenix from 9:30 -10:30 on Wednesday mornings. This allows our volunteer market team time to receive the orders and organize each buyer's order in time for our 11:30 market open!
Payments
Payments are made to each grower every other week via their preferred method of payment, Zelle or Check.
